The resort offers an incredible view, especially for easy access to the dive center, and provides amazing views. The rooms could use better maintenance in terms of cleanliness but offer the best view in the resort.
The resort offers amazing views and easy access to the facilities but lacks proper maintenance in terms of cleanliness. The service is a mix of helpfulness and lacking training in guest relations. The location is ideal, right on the beach but falls short in dining options which are not included. The facilities are well-equipped overall.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms in the 2 bedroom bungalow with a small kitchenette had a fantastic view of the island, and the recent refurbishment, including the bathroom, made them quite appealing. However, the service, though I encountered a helpful receptionist during check-in, seemed lacking training in overall guest relations. The location, nestled under the craggy mountains and right across from Snoopy Island, was indeed picturesque. Dining options were limited and not included, yet the facilities were satisfactory.
