Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms in the 2 bedroom bungalow with a small kitchenette had a fantastic view of the island, and the recent refurbishment, including the bathroom, made them quite appealing. However, the service, though I encountered a helpful receptionist during check-in, seemed lacking training in overall guest relations. The location, nestled under the craggy mountains and right across from Snoopy Island, was indeed picturesque. Dining options were limited and not included, yet the facilities were satisfactory.
